Refund Policy

  • Our return policy provides a 15-90 days' timeframe to return items depending on suppliers' choices

  • ​Items must meet eligibility requirements (e.g. unused, returned in original packaging, not damaged, or wrong item returned

  • Certain items may be final sale and eligible for return or exchange depending on suppliers' return choices

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment methods unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds might be partial or full depending on the supplier's appreciation of items returned.
